Course of events

- Arrival at meeting point and introduction to your instructor

- Safety and activity briefing

- Start of the activity where you will make several jumps of different heights in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea

- You will abseil from a height of 10 metres and climb rocks over the sea, exploring the island's sea caves

- Return to the meeting point and end of activity

Activity requirements

All participants must be able to swim.

Minors must have authorization from their parents.

I loved every part of the activity- it was very challenging at parts (so not suitable for all fitness levels) but our guide tailored each activity to the needs of the group and led us through underwater caves and along rocky terrains.
