Take on the rapids of the Rouge River in the Laurentians on a canoraft, an inflatable boat designed specifically for whitewater rafting!
If you've already had a rafting experience and enjoyed it, the canoraft may also appeal to you. Unlike rafting, the canoraft is designed for one to two people, just like a canoe kayak. This means you'll need to be coordinated if there are two of you on board, or master your paddle if you decide to go solo on the Red River!
A tributary of the Ottawa River, the Rouge River runs between Montreal and Ottawa in the Laurentians and offers class 3 to 4 rapids perfect for canoeing. Under the guidance of an experienced kayak guide, you will safely navigate the Rouge River's whitewater.
