Bodyboarding has become very popular in the Canary Islands, being Tenerife the island where it is practiced the most.

The instructors are real professionals and will teach you all kinds of tricks, in the air or in the barrel.

Because learning how to bodyboard is faster than learning how to surf, you will have quicker sensations on the water.

Most lessons take place on the beaches of Puerto de la Cruz and its surroundings. If ever the conditions were bad on these spots, the instructors will decide to go to another spot on the island, to find the most suitable waves for your level.

Although the classes are focused on bodyboarding, you will also learn more about the waves, currents, and tides.
