Guided Hike to the summit of Giouhtas near Heraklion

Mount Giouhtas (or Juktas) is a mountain located approximately 10 kilometres south of the city of Heraklion in Crete. The mountain is particularly famous for its distinctive profile which, from certain perspectives, resembles an elongated human face, often interpreted as the profile of the Greek god Zeus. Mount Juktas combines a rich mythological history, archaeological significance and natural environment that make it an exceptional destination for hiking near Heraklion.
