Meet your guide in the centre of Vodnjan, where you will be handed out your ebikes and safety helmets and given a quick briefing about the equipment and the activity. Then, your Istrian cycling adventure will begin, cycling through olive groves, pretty paths bordered with dry stone walls and old stone churches. After approximately 10 km (6 miles), you will enter the land of 5 100-year-old coastal fortresses, where you will dismount your bikes to explore more on foot. This spot also provides an amazing view of the Brijuni Islands, so make the most of the photo opportunities here to capture some memories.

After the fortresses, you and your guide will hit the bikes again and pedal off to a hidden beach, where you will take another break to cool off in the sea. Once you're all dried off, you will cycle along the sea in the direction of the Church of Saint Fosca and three typical Istrian kažuns - the three largest kažuns in the world.
