Podstrana Bay is situated at the foot of Perun Hill and is known for its beautiful limestone ridges and green terraces, this is where the Zrnovnica River meets the sea. In this stunning location, you will find the small city of Stobrec, one of the oldest cities on the Dalmatian coast!

Your guided Sea Kayaking excursion in Podstrana Bay starts on the eastern part of Podstrana Bay from the small pebble beach in front of Hotel Split. There, you will meet your experienced guide. They will go over some basic paddling and kayaking techniques along with a safety briefing. Once you have prepared your equipment, you'll be ready to go kayak on the Adriatic ! In all, you'll cover around 8km on this kayaking tour.

First, you will paddle to the mouth of the Zrnovnica River, pass under a bridge, and be treated to the incredible scenery of green fields and the majestic Mosor Mountain. Then, you will also paddle by the old city of Stobrec and take in the view of dramatic limestone cliffs with charming, traditional houses built on top.

It is possible to get a transfer from Split, Trg Republike (Prokurative). Once your booking is confirmed, please contact your guide to arrange the transfer.

No previous experience of kayaking is required to take part in this activity. You also don't need to know how to swim since life vests are provided.

All cliff jumps are optional and can be avoided.
