This discover scuba diving experience is for first-time divers or beginners who want to learn everything about the sport. To start, you’ll meet the certified instructor at the dive centre in Cape Greco. You’ll begin with a safety briefing session and learn about the scuba diving equipment and its use. All of the equipment will be provided (wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, tank and weights). After preparing all of the equipment, you’ll begin driving to the dive site.

After practising some safety techniques in the shallow waters and learning how to breathe underwater, you’ll try your first scuba dive with the instructor! Discover a whole new world beneath the surface of the Mediterranean Sea. The clear visibility and warm temperatures of the water create optimal conditions for diving. You’ll witness underwater rocks and sea grass, and if you’re lucky, you may spot some marine life, including colourful fish, octopuses, sea turtles, moray eels, and various species of crustaceans. After approximately 30 minutes of diving, you’ll return to the dive centre where refreshments will be served.
