The adventure begins at the starting point in Levi, where you'll meet the experienced guide. You'll enjoy a scenic drive to the dog kennels, located approximately 2 km (1.2 mi) outside of Levi. Upon arrival, you'll meet the friendly Siberian Husky and Alaskan Husky dogs! The guide will go through a safety briefing and instructions, before you get set up with the the sled. No previous dog sledding experience is needed, the guide will teach you how to drive the sled yourself.
With your own team of huskies, you'll set off riding through the snowy landscapes of the Arctic wilderness! Feel the rush of cold winter air on your face as the dogs run through the pine forests. After the 5 km ride, you'll return to the kennels, where you can play and take photos with the dogs. Hot drinks and cookies will be served inside a cosy kota (tent), while you learn more about Lapland's culture. At the end of the excursion, the guide will drive you back to the starting point in Levi.
