The adventure begins at the meeting point in Pyhä, where you and your group (a maximum of 14 people) will be greeted by your knowledgeable instructor. After you've received your winter gear, including a thermal suit, winter boots, mittens, and helmet, you'll be provided with a safety and itinerary briefing. Next, your instructor will give an introduction to electric snowmobiling and snowmobile driving techniques. You'll be amazed at how quiet the electric snowmobiles are!

Once everyone feels comfortable, the fun-filled excursion, snowmobiling in Pyhä, starts! Taking off at high speeds, you'll experience the thrill of traversing Finland's winter wonderland via snowmobile. Passing by frozen lakes, you'll head up to the top of the fell, where you'll take a break at one of the region's most picturesque spots to admire the breathtaking panorama. Don't forget your camera!

Activity requirements

Please be advised that all participants driving a snowmobile must present a valid driver's license.

In addition, all children must be accompanied by an adult and measure at least 140 cm to sit on the back of a snowmobile.

Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Pyhä is a 1.5-hour drive from Rovaniemi but is also accessible via bus.
