This 3-hour introduction to paragliding is divided into 2 parts.
The school slope :
- Equipment.
- Learning: how to inflate the sail, run on a slope and jump.
- Debriefing.
The educational tandem :
- Shuttle bus with your instructor to Col de la Forclaz or Talloires.
- Equipment.
- Briefing.
- Tandem flight with the possibility of piloting the glider with the instructor.
- Debriefing.
For safety and equipment reasons, participants must not weigh more than 100 kg (220lbs) or less than 55 kg (121 lbs).
