Electric bike excursion with wine tasting in Ardèche

Take off on an electric bike ride and discover the natural and patrimonial resources of the southern Ardèche, with a tasting of local wines!

Ardèche Vélo takes you on a tour of the roads of southern France on an electric bicycle, the perfect ally to discover the charming territory that is the Ardèche. The effort of pedaling will be controlled thanks to the electric assistance: an excellent way to make sport while enjoying the landscape!

On your route, you will discover the perched village of Banne and the peninsula of Castlejau, surrounded by high cliffs. Located at the foot of the Cevennes, Banne is a village of character not to be missed in the Ardèche and bears witness to a thousand years of local history with its medieval castle. Unique panoramas are offered to you, between the Cevennes landscapes composed of crests and valleys, and the Païolive wood, a natural territory with an exceptional biodiversity!

You will also be able to taste local wines available for sale at the Caveau de Jalès. Created in 2001, it offers quality wines and regional products that will delight your taste buds! With your electric VTC, you will ride on roads and country lanes of the south of Ardèche and will cross the orchards and the vineyards of Vivarais, divided by the impressive Gorges of Ardèche.

The route is adapted to the level and rhythm of the group (about 25 km and 300 m of difference in altitude). You will be accompanied by expert guides from Ardèche Vélo who will share their knowledge of the area and the region with you.
