Surfing weekend in Plouhinec

Would you like to learn or improve your surfing skills during a weekend? Then the Soul Surfing Skol surf school is there to meet your expectations and help you progress in this magnificent discipline which will allow you to take a break from the weekend of sensations.

Thanks to the surf school Soul Surfing Skol which is located in Plouhinec you will be able to benefit from a surfing course during a whole weekend with the choice of two formulas, namely a surfing course of 2 hours per day during two days or then 2 times 2 hours of surfing lessons per day during two days.

The course schedule :
You go to the meeting point determined by your pro according to the weather and tide conditions.
There, your instructor (Julien) will give you a wetsuit and a surfboard adapted to your level and the conditions of the day.

Once equipped, you will go to the beach to follow a rigorous warm-up during which you will do different exercises adapted to your level to understand how surfing works and the basics of surfing.

You will then take to the water to catch as many waves as possible in order to apply the advice given by Julien, your instructor.

The spot
Soul Surfing Skol evolves on two surfing spots in the bay of Audierne. Its choice is made according to the weather conditions and the tides. You will have the opportunity to practice on the spot of Plouhinec or Plovan.
