Course of events

- Meet at the Granges d'Astau car park (towards the Lac d'Oo).
- Equipment and briefing at the top of the canyon
- 25 minutes walk to the top
- 1h30 descent
- 20 minutes walk back

Activity requirements

All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

All participants must be in good physical condition.
