From the summit of the Aiguille du Midi (3,842m) to Chamonix (1,030m), the famous descent of the Vallee Blanche is a unique glacier route in the mountains!
Jody Laoureux offers you the opportunity to discover the mountain world in Chamonix, in the heart of the largest glaciers in the Mont Blanc massif!
Programme:
- Meeting with your guide at 9 am in front of the cable car of the Aiguille du Midi.
- After you have put on your equipment, you climb to the top of the Aiguille du Midi to walk down the snowy ridge, skis on your bag.
- Then, you put on your skis to go down the Vallée Blanche (white valley), either the classic descent or a variant depending on the level of the group.
- You also go for a ski tour to gaze at the beauty of the mountains.
- You then take a break at the Refuge du Requin to drink and have lunch.
- To finish, you continue to the end of the glacier through the Mer de Glace to go up and take the rack-railway or ride down by the road of the Mottets if the conditions are good.
