This canine trek near La Mongie gives you the chance to combine your love of animals and nature: establish a bond with your four-legged friend while enjoying the sublime surroundings! Cani-hiking in the Lesponne Valley is a unique opportunity to explore the Pyrenees in symbiosis with your faithful companion, making climbing easier thanks to canine traction, while descents will stretch your muscles, giving you a fun and sporty workout.
This hike takes you through the superb Lesponne valley, close to Lac Bleu and Lac Vert, on a route that is both open and shady along the Adour de Lesponne. During your canine trek, you'll be accompanied by a dog suited to your level, whether you're looking for a more leisurely outing with the family or a dynamic experience for the more sporty types.
When you arrive at the meeting point, you'll meet your instructor. He or she will introduce you to the activity of dog-trekking, the equipment and the dogs. You'll be fitted with a special belt adapted to your body shape, connected to an elastic lanyard which in turn is connected to the dog's pulling harness. Together with your canine companion, you'll embark on a walk lasting around 30 minutes. After this canine trek through the Lesponne valley, you'll have some free time to cuddle and paw the dogs, strengthening your bond with these fur balls!

You need to be used to walking for at least 1 hour and not be pregnant to take part in this cani-hike.
Children under the age of 5 can ride along free of charge in a wheeled pulka pulled by a dog.
For safety reasons, children aged between 6 and 11 must be paired up (child/adult or child/child).
