The challenging Gorges du Llech Canyon offers a rhythmic descent alternating between jumps from 5 to 9 metres high, abseiling down waterfalls of up to 15 metres, thrilling natural slides, white-water swimming in crystal-clear torrents and pools, and rock climbing and unclimbing. Overall, you will spend 2.5 hours exploring the Llech Canyon in Estoher, finishing with a 45-minute uphill return walk. It is sure to be an exhilarating experience, with a refreshing dip in the clear, cool waters of the Llech River!

Practical information
Descent of the Gorges du Llech Canyon at Estoher for 2.5 hours (allow around 4.5 hours of activity in total) including:
- jumps from 5 to 9 metres high;
- abseiling down waterfalls up to 15 metres high;
- natural water slides, including the ‘washing machine’, the famous ‘S’ and the impressive ‘surprise’;
- white water swimming in crystal-clear torrents and pools;
- a few rocks to climb or unclimb.
- Meeting with the instructor at the Accrobranche & Canyoning Extérieur Nature Park in Marquixanes
- Handing over of canyoning equipment (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, harness, etc.)
- Departure in your own car after the guide to reach the canyon (25-minute drive)
- Approximately 30-minute approach walk
- Briefing on the descent and safety instructions, then equipment (approx. 30 minutes)
- Departure for the 2.5 hours descent of the Gorges du Llech Canyon
- Return walk of around 45 minutes
- De-equipping, debriefing of the activity (approx. 15 minutes) and end of the activity
All participants must know how to swim at least 25 metres, be able to immerse themselves, jump 4 metres and not be afraid of heights to take part in this activity.
Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to go canyoning in water shoes.

If you wish, the instructor can provide you with canyoning shoes and/or neoprene socks if you need them on site.
You will be able to retrieve the photos of your activity on a USB key (not supplied, you must bring your own).
