Discover rock climbing at the Col d'Aspin in the Pyrenees, on a natural rock school for an immersive experience!
In the heart of the Aure Valley, around 20 minutes from Saint-Lary-Soulan and 40 minutes from La Mongie, the Col d'Aspin offers the ideal playground for an introduction to rock climbing in the Pyrenees. Whether you have already tried your hand at the sport or you are a complete novice, this 1 hour and 45 minutes introductory session will give you the chance to try outdoor climbing on a natural site just a stone's throw from Arreau, or simply to improve your climbing techniques.
In small groups of no more than 10 participants for a personalised learning experience, you will be supervised by a state-qualified instructor who will advise you on the techniques to adopt during your ascent of the rock school where you will be practising. Your objective will of course be to reach the top of the rock, something that children as young as 4 years old can achieve! So this introduction to rock climbing at Col d'Aspin is ideal for families looking for a thrill, but also for friends looking for some fun and exercise in the great outdoors.
