Teenagers aged 12 to 18, get ready for 3 days of skiing, 2 days of freeriding and 1 day of introduction to snowboarding during a 6-day course in Valfréjus.
Valfréjus lies between the Northern and Southern Alps, and is one of the most famous ski resorts for backcountry skiing and freeriding.
The ESI (International Ski School) of Valfréjus offers a 6-day course with specialized instructors. Classes take place every afternoon for 2,5 hours and are organized in groups of 8 students maximum per instructor to ensure maximum safety and learning in the best conditions.
The 3 days of downhill skiing aim to understand the level of the group, validate the achievements and learn the necessary elements to start the freeride. You will learn the reflexes and reaction to have in order to go off track.
These 3 days are also intended to create a group cohesion, it is a very playful course for teenagers.
The 2 days of freeriding obviously depend on the snow conditions and the level of the group, as there are several routes, long freerides of 2,5 hours and short freerides near the slopes. They are not very committted freerides in terms of difference in height and dangerousness of the track, so perfect for beginners!
