Canyoning is an outdoor sport that requires walking in varied terrain, swimming in calm or whitewater, jumping, sliding, abseiling and other rope techniques.
The canyon of the Vaipurau River is located north of the island of Tahiti and is ideal for beginners. It will allow you to observe the beauty of the Polynesian nature in a playful and sporty atmosphere. Wild landscapes without traces of civilization will be offered to you!
The route is composed of an abseiling part and another part of aquatic hiking. You'll learn to use the canyoning equipment before moving on to a higher level canyon.
