The Strubklamm, one of the most beautiful and longest gorges in Austria, offers a canyoning experience of a special kind.
Cold, clear mountain water, surrounded by high rock walls. High jumps followed by long swimming passages. For this tour, you need all your finesse and a good physical fitness!
The Strubklamm in the Halleiner Salzkammergut near Salzburg is one of the most beautiful and longest gorges in Austria and is an adventure filled with action, fun and nature experience. With narrow rock passageways, high rocky outposts, and breathtaking waterfalls in an almost untouched natural landscape, it can be quite challenging and difficult to surpass.
The participants await a 2.7 km long gorge of up to 100 meters in height, with parts being not more than 2 meters wide. 20 different jumps from small to high and the remaining of the tour includes partly long and narrow swimming passages, natural slides, climbing passages and hikes over rocks and stones.
A special feature of the Strubklamm is also the dam above the gorge, which protects it from unexpected water flow and is thus accessible in any weather conditions.
This tour is unique and therefore only available on Sundays!
