You will begin this 1.5-hour experience by meeting your instructor on Episkopi Beach. After you've received a brief introduction to basic SUP techniques, you'll be led through some light stretching. Then, it's time to get onto your board and paddle toward a tranquil bay.
Once you've anchored your board into place, you will be treated to an hour session of relaxing, yet also challenging, yoga.
