Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the certified instructor. For this excursion, you can choose from one shore dive, or a combination of one shore dive and one boat dive. You'll start with a theory lesson at the dive centre, learning the basics of scuba diving and receiving the equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, BCD, regulator, tank, and weights). Then, the instructor will teach you how to breathe underwater and you'll practice in a pool or shallow waters at the beach.

Once you feel comfortable breathing underwater and using the equipment, it's time for your first scuba dive in Skiathos! You'll dive directly from the shore of the nearby tranquil beach. With guidance from the instructor, you'll dive beneath the surface of the water and discover the vibrant underwater life! The waters around Skiathos are generally clear and rich in marine life, including fish, octopuses, and various invertebrates.

If you choose the shore and boat dive option, you'll also embark on a dive directly from the boat! You'll travel to one of the best dive sites in Skiathos and dive into the waters from the boat, at a maximum depth of 12 metres (39 feet).
