Discover the lagoon and the mangrove of the Nature Reserve of Grand Cul-de-sac marin during a boat trip with snorkeling from Sainte-Rose!

Closed by a coral reef and islets, the Grand Cul-de-sac Marine Nature Reserve is a real paradise for snorkeling in Guadeloupe. With its white sandy bottom, its transparent waters full of fish and its mangrove, it is full of things to discover during a commented boat trip! With a departure from the port of Sainte-Rose in the north of Basse-Terre, this discovery and snorkeling trip in small groups of 12 people maximum will take you through 7 key stages to discover all the treasures of the Grand Cul-de-sac Marine Nature Reserve.

The excursion will first take you to the îlet Blanc, then to the îlet aux oiseaux where you will take the time to observe several species. There will be 4 stops during which you will be able to snorkel: the first one above a steel wreck where an important biodiversity resides, the second one in a spot full of starfish, the next one in a natural swimming pool, and the last one in the heart of the lagoon of the Nature Reserve of Grand Cul-de-sac marin. The final stage will be at the îlets du Carénage whose particular history will be told to you by your captain and guide. Moreover, he will comment and explain in detail each of your stops so that your excursion will be most enriching!

So if you are looking for a complete visit of the Grand Cul-de-sac marin nature reserve in Guadeloupe, while enjoying both snorkeling breaks and detailed explanations, this boat trip from Sainte-Rose will satisfy you!
