Near Vik, in the south of Iceland, you can enjoy a unique adrenalin-fuelled experience in an idyllic setting. A total of 4 zip-line descents will allow you to take full advantage of magnificent panoramas, in particular the breathtaking views of the green hills of the Grafargil canyon and the impressive Hundafoss waterfall!

You'll meet your guide at the meeting point near Vik, and then set off for the 5-minute vehicle transfer included in the package to get as close as possible to the canyon. As the canyon is only accessible on foot, you'll only have to walk 5 minutes to reach it. Once you've arrived at the first departure platform, you'll be given full, certified equipment and safety instructions, and you'll be able to take off on a zip-line over the Grafargil canyon!

The first zip line, Little Rush, offers a breathtaking view over 120m of descent and a foretaste of what awaits you on the rest of these zip line journeys in the Grafargil canyon near Vik. These will give you the chance to fly over a remarkable natural site! The second zip line, The Gentle Giant, the longest of the 4, is close to the first and extends over 240m. After a 10-minute walk through the Grafargil canyon, amidst the impressive rock formations of this natural site, you'll reach the next zip line, Leap of Faith, for a short 30-metre descent. At this point, your guide will be planning a surprise to be discovered on the spot...

Big Rush, the last 140m-long zip line, awaits you and will take you as close as possible to the Hundafoss waterfall, a majestic 25m-high waterfall!

To round off the experience, a short hike back to base can be arranged, weather permitting. If not, the journey will be by bus.

It was windy day, it made the zipline a bit more scary but also exciting! We were glad we did it and recommand it to every one!

My teernage kids did not 2, not 3, but 4 ziplines. Acties a small river and along a waterfall. On top of that they weer stimulerend to do the final ons as 'Spider-Man' (upside down) and last but not least they did a bit of bungy dumping.
