The Sesia is a 140-km-long river located in northwestern Italy. It rises from the Alps and flows through the Valsesia Valley, creating incredible scenery. While the Sesia River is mostly known for rafting, you can also practice hydrospeed! With a team of experts, you'll descend the river and face exciting rapids for 2 hours!

Your guide will welcome you near Alagna Valsesia and help you wear the equipment. All geared up with a wetsuit, life vest, helmet and fins you'll go through a safety briefing and practise a little before jumping in the Sesia River. For hydrospeeding, you don't need previous experience. All explorers above 14 and able to swim can join. Explore the river for 2 hours, hydrospeeding for around 5 kilometres and tackling thrilling rapids!

Course of events

- Meet your guide at Canoe and Rafting Center Monrosa - Via Roma, 1, 13020 Balmuccia VC, Italy.
- Briefing and equipment.
- Short walk to the river.
- 2-hour hydrospeed ride.
- Return to the meeting point by minivan (included in the price).

Activity requirements

- The minimum age is 14 years old (Minors under 18 years old must provide parental consent).
- All participants must be able to swim.

Special terms

- Please note that your guide might change the itinerary based on the water conditions of the Sesia River. Alternatively, you'll enjoy a 3 km long ride from Muro to Balmuccia, spending 2 hours in the water.
