Located off the Gulf of Naples, Ischia is a gorgeous island. Known for its stunning landscapes and transparent waters, Ischia is the perfect scuba diving destination. If you have always wanted to try scuba diving, this is a good place to start. Get ready for a fun-filled adventure!

Your instructor will welcome you to the diving centre in Ischia. After briefing you about the activity, they'll hand you the equipment. First, they'll teach you the fundamental breathing techniques, gestures and how to use the equipment. Then, you'll get on the boat and reach the diving spot. Hand in hand with your instructor you'll dive in and experience the magical feeling of breathing underwater. During this 40-minute dive, you'll reach up to 12 metres deep! After trying scuba diving for the first time in Naples' transparent waters, you'll return to the meeting point in Ischia and reflect on your wonderful adventure.

Course of events

- Meet your guide at ANS Diving Ischia - Via Girolamo Rocca 13, Ischia, Italy.
- Briefing.
- Theoretical lesson.
- Practice on the shore.
- Boat ride.
- 40-minute dive.
- Return to the meeting point between 16.15 and 17, depending on the size of the group.

Activity requirements

- The minimum age is 10 years old.
- Knowing how to swim is compulsory.
- The minimum number of participants is 2 people.

Un baptême de plongée très réussi! C'était notre première et nous avons été très bien accueilli et encadré par une équipe chaleureuse et rassurante. En ce début septembre très ensoleillé nous avons réalisé notre baptême de plongée près d'une grotte puis fait 2 sites de snorkeling tres sympa le tout dans une zone a activité volcanique ( vie sous marine et puits de CO2 a découvrir ). A faire!
