Allowing you to visit the island's seabed in comfort, and with no need for scuba diving equipment or certification, the submarine will offer you an unforgettable spectacle through its individual portholes and its camera located on the deck (images retransmitted on a screen inside the cabin).

For 40 minutes, this submarine excursion in Mauritius will take you down to a depth of 35 metres to observe incredible flora and fauna: massive coral reefs, a variety of colourful fish, and even a wreck, that of the Star Hope, a mercy anchor dating from the 17th century. You will be immersed in the underwater world of Mauritius from the air-conditioned, atmospheric cabin, an adventure that is sure to please young and old alike!

Practical information

Course of events

- Welcome at the Blue Safari Submarine kiosk

- Boarding at the hotel jetty and 10 minutes sailing by speedboat to the base of operations, the barge "Ti'Betty"

- Briefing on the activity and boarding of the submarine

- Departure for a 40 minutes underwater excursion to a depth of 35 metres

- Disembarkation, refreshment with a cocktail and return to the meeting point by speedboat

Activity requirements

This activity is not recommended for people over 2 metres tall and for people with heart problems and/or claustrophobia.

Special terms

People with a physical disability are welcome on request (please inform us in advance).

If you don't want to take part in the activity and simply want to accompany your loved ones until they embark, simply pay an accompanying person's price on site and you will be entitled to a boat transfer to the base and a cocktail.

Alles Super gewessen,aber wer glaubt das man Farbige Unterwelt sieht so wie am Foto, denn muss ich Enttäuschen. Alles schon abgestorben, sieht man nur Stein Korallen. Aber das U-Boot fahren war sehr Cool.
