After meeting your certified and experienced instructor at the departure point (located near the renowned Munch Museum) you will receive your equipment (life jacket, paddle, and kayak). Then, they will provide a safety briefing as well as an introduction to kayaking and paddling techniques. Once everyone in your group (a maximum of 10 people) is comfortable, the adventure begins! In the company of your instructor, you'll paddle past Oslo's modern waterfront, taking in the sights of its modern architecture, while also immersing yourself in nature.
