Tromsø is the perfect location in order to start your hunt for the polar lights. Nowhere else in the world it is easier to see them than in northern Norway.

Tromsø is the perfect location in order to start your hunt for the polar lights. Nowhere else in the world it is easier to see them than in northern Norway.

First of all, you will be equipped for the adventure. Warm clothes, reflectors, and a headlamp so that you don't get lost in the dense forests and snowy landscapes of Lapland. By car and on foot, you will now be taken to various spots in the wilderness.

If you pass a fireplace during your search for the northern lights, you will prepare a meal there. You will also receive drinks, snacks and a light meal throughout the tour.

All photo and video recordings will then be stored online and all participants will have access to the files.

This was a great adventure into the mountains for viewing the northern lights. It was cloudy so we could only see a peek of them through the camera lens, but the full moon was beautiful and our time well spent.

Great activity to chase the spots to try to track down the lights! While we ultimately were not able to see the lights, this was out of our control, and it was very cool to see the scientific process behind tracking down the lights.

Excellent - If there are clouds, you may not see any lights, but those are out of your control. Book a lights experience when the moon is half full or less. A new moon is best but we saw plenty of lights with a half moon!

We were unlucky about the Northern Lights, however our guide Karin was amazing and tried so hard for finding the lights. She also made a very lovely organisation. We finally had chance to see the lights a little bit, but we had to try another night for the lights.
