Stand Up Paddle excursion in Grottos, the Algarve Caves near Lagos

This stand up paddle excursion will take you through the Natural Park to a paradise secret beach through cliffs and caves in the most beautiful part of Algarve.

On a 15-minute land-based lesson, certified Stand up paddle instructors will show you the fundamentals and all safety techniques. Following that, you will proceed to the sea to begin this incredible activity. You will begin slowly, practicing your skills and stopping to admire and photograph magnificent grottoes and rock formations.

You will be able to stand up paddle inside turquoise water caves along the way. Keep an eye out for birds above you and fish below. There are also a couple of smaller caves to explore by swimming into! You can even try cliff jumping for an adrenaline rush, or splash around and swim if you prefer to take things slowly.
