The Arrábida Natural Park is an ideal location for Abseiling. The imposing and famous geomonument of Fenda da Arrábida has natural rock walls dozens of meters high. It is located between the villages of Sesimbra and the city of Setubal, less than an hour's drive from Lisbon.

The Abseiling Experience will begin with a safety briefing and introduction to your instructor as well as the Abseiling equipment. Then you will travel by van to the activity's starting point, where you will learn about the best safety practices as well as some introductory Abseiling and rope techniques, while you get all the protective equipment such as a harness and helmet. You will be able to abseil several natural rock walls of varying difficulty, with the option of attempting higher levels and savoring the sensation of conquering several heights. You will return to the starting point at the end of the Abseiling Experience for a debriefing of the experience and to share the highlights of the day.
