Come and spot dolphins and seabirds on this Algarve boat tour from Portimão harbour!
Come and spot dolphins and seabirds on this Algarve boat trip from Portimão harbour!
Lagos, Albufeira, Portimão and, of course, Faro are some of the must-see towns in the Algarve. The beaches, the fishing villages and the cliffs along the coast will enchant you. But if there is one thing this region in the south of Portugal is known for, it is for being the surfing capital of Europe and the best place in the country, along with the Azores, to spot dolphins.
The instructors of 5 emotions, located in the Port of Portimão, offer you a boat trip to see dolphins and seabirds in the Algarve. On board of a Kyros boat with capacity for 45 people with comfortable seats and all comforts, including toilets, you will sail the Atlantic Sea for 2 hours and a half. During the excursion, a marine biologist guide will explain the different species of birds and cetaceans you will encounter as well as the ecosystem of the Algarve. Among the dolphin species, if you are lucky, you will be able to see the common dolphin, the bottlenose dolphin and the Risso's dolphin, among others, always respecting the tranquillity of the animals and trying to impact as little as possible on their environment.
If you've ever dreamed of seeing dolphins, this Portimão whale and seabird watching boat trip is perfect for you!
