The Aeolian Islands are home to vibrant marine life and pristine waters. The Aeolian Islands are located off Sicily's northern coast and Lipari is the group's largest island. What better way to explore some of Sicily's best spots than a scuba diving experience? A qualified instructor will guide you through your first scuba diving adventure in Lipari.

Your instructor will meet you at the scuba diving centre in Lipari and brief you about the activity. First, your professional instructor will teach you the basics of scuba diving. During this theoretical session, you will learn about equipment, signals, and safety procedures. Then, you will dive into the water from a boat. Hand-in-hand with your instructor, you'll dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres / 19 ft! As you dive, you'll admire Sicily's unique seabed and get a glimpse of the Mediterranean marine life. After 40 minutes in the water, you'll return to the diving centre in Lipari.

Activity requirements

- The minimum age is 10 years old.
- You must be able to swim.
- You must be in good physical condition.

- It is not recommended to take a flight until 24 hours after diving.
