The qualified guides at Cape Town Abseil will make sure you are properly harnessed, roped in, attached, and confident in your abilities before you begin abseiling so that you can rest assured of your safety on the mountain. No previous rappelling experience is necessary to participate in this activity.

After the excitement of rappelling down a cliff, you will then get to embark on a peaceful and short hike back up to the summit of Table Mountain! The hike itself will give you more incredible views over Cape Town and Table Mountain National Park, with the best views of all at the top. Once you are back at the top, the activity will end, and you can take your time to enjoy the summit of Table Mountain before going back down via cable car.

1 hour abseiling adventure on top of Cape Town's Table Mountain, including a 30 minute hike back to the top.

-After taking the Table Mountain Cableway to the summit (which is not included in the ticket price), Cape Town Abseil is located on your right after exiting the Cableway station.

Be sure to leave enought time to wait in line for the cablecar and take it up the mountain (approx 5 minute ride) to meet your guide in time for your activity start time.
