A series of fast-flowing rapids leading you into the area’s largest reservoir – paddle harder and faster than ever before as you navigate Cantabria’s biggest body of water!

Activities are organized in the small town of Arroyo on the banks of the Ebro Reservoir. Itineraries are organized according to rapid rating and length – with rafting running to the towns of Aldea del Ebro, Vega de Pas, and Bustasur on whitewater up to 18km on a IV classification.

The Ebro River is a seasonal waterway controlled by the reservoir and open from June – September. Routes are organized according to rapid classification as explained below:

Class II: Straightforward rapids with wide, clear channels and medium-sized waves.
Class III: Rapids with moderate, irregular waves strong eddies, and powerful currents.
Class IV: Intense, powerful but predictable rapids requiring precise boat handling in turbulent water.
