After gearing up, you'll receive a brief safety briefing and demonstration before you head to the foothills of the Sierra de las Nieves. From here, you'll enjoy river runs, natural slides, optional jumps, obstacle courses and swimming.

The highlight is a 3m rappel down a waterfall!
