Come join us in this fun beginner canyoning in Valle Maggia. A beautiful canyon awaits you for a great experience in Ticino.
It is most likely the best activity in the Maggia valley to do during your vacation. Val Grande canyoning is a hidden gem in Valle Maggia and a must-see for anyone visiting Ticino canyoning. It's an incredibly diverse and beautiful canyon with the "Little Niagara" waterfall and some incredible rock formations found nowhere else. It has some nice jumps and a lot of small slides, a short closed-in section, and an optional 25m! slide at the end, which is one of the largest in Ticino.
Because the canyon has a relatively closed section, it necessitates a certain level of commitment. Sporty beginners should try this.
