Practical information

The iconic Matterhorn and its 4478m altitude dominate the famous ski resort of Zermatt for ski enthusiasts, snow sports addicts, and photographers in love with beautiful Alpine landscapes.

The resort has a massive ski area that is open all year: you can also ski down Europe's longest ski run and ski at the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise during the summer. Zermatt, an authentic Swiss village, is a lovely place to spend a romantic or family vacation.

This is a car-free ski resort, to get to Zermatt you will have to leave your car in Täsch and take a train to get there.
