Activity
Head down to Newgale Beach for a coasteering excursion in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. An exhilarating three hours activity for a wide range of ages and abilities, your adventure will start with a short safety briefing and kit demo before you jump in a safety dingy and cruise along the coastline. The Pembrokeshire coastline provides a stunning backdrop for scrambling, swimming and jumping along the base of the cliffs. Follow your guide as you explore tunnels, caves and coastal features - learning how to safely cliff dive and getting to know more about the area's local wildlife, too. A chance to discover Wales' wild side, you'll be leaping from rock to rock and tombstoning into the unknown - all under the supervision of an experienced instructor.

All participants must be able to swim 50m unaided.
This activity operates from June – September at Newgale Beach and is suitable for total beginners - organised based on weather & tides.
