Opening hours: from 9am to 12pm and from 1.45pm to 5.15pm.
Course of events
- Meet at Le Lys train station at 9am. Possibility to have a coffee, a snack or breakfast on the spot
- Ascent to the Lys crests via chairlift, the journey takes 25 minutes
- Destarts the descent through the Cirque du Lys (2450m) to the village of Cauterets (930m)
- Repeated ascents and descents over the course of a whole day on different mountain bike routes.
Activity requirements
- Protections are compulsory: helmet, elbow pads, knee pads...
- You must bring your own mountain bike or you can buy one from the two mountain bike rental shops in the village, they also provide you with the protections.
