Practical information
The formula that pulses!
Discover the sensations of kitesurfing. You'll practice your first glides, find your balance, take an edge and work on your board/wing coordination... and many other exercises.
Organisation
The course takes place over 4 sessions of 3 hours. You must be available for a full week of 5 days in season, from Monday to Friday, which allows you to choose the best wind and tide slots. You have the possibility to follow courses out of season (weekend or week).
Total duration of the sessions: 12 h
The minimum weight required to participate in this activity is 40 kg.
You must be able to swim.
The day before each session, between 6pm and 8pm at the latest, the organisation of your course (timetable, spot, programme) will be confirmed.
