Tandem paragliding over Cape Town and Table Mountain, South Africa

- On the day of your flight contact Hi 5 Paragliding and ask about the take-off point for that day.

- Meet Hi 5's friendly crew and pilots at the meeting point (either on Signal Hill or on Lion's Head). You can park your car at the meeting point. Make sure to arrive 30mins before the flight.

- The crew and pilots will welcome you, sign you up, and give you a flying safety briefing. Once you are comfortable, you will get safety clipped in with one of the experienced pilots.

- After a few easy steps assisted by the crew you will be flying!

- Flight time can be anywhere between 7 to 25 minutes depending on the weather conditions.

- After an unforgettable flight you'll land on fields at the Sea Point Promenade by Glen Country Club.

- Your pilot and crew will then drive you to your vehicle free of charge.

- Take home an unforgettable memory of your experience in the air above Cape Town. Get HD pictures and videos of your flight on a SD card.

- All participants must be in good health and be between 25kg (55lb) and 115kg (255lb).

- Minors must have authorisation from their parents.

- No prior paragliding experience required. No specific physical condition required.

- Make sure to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a warm jacket along for the flight. And very important, wear closed shoes (hiking shoes or sneakers). Also, bring a bottle of water.

- Be on time! Make sure to arrive 30 mins prior to your flight to give time for your flight safety briefing.

- Please note, paragliding is a highly weather-dependent activity. If Hi 5 Paragliding needs to reschedule your flight it will be due to safety and/or weather restrictions.
