Practical information
You will paddle for 3 hours and you can keep the canoe in total 4, 5 or even 6 hours.
You will cross the famous toboggans of the Ardèche, small rapids and go under the famous Pont d'Arc. You will discover the premises of the canyon of the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
- Meeting point at the Aigue Vive Ardèche Canoe base
- Equipment for participants
- Transfer by bus to the starting point in Sampzon
- Start of the 13km descent of the Ardèche gorges for around 3 hours, but you can keep the canoe for half a day or the whole day.
- You can swim and picnic if you wish.
- Return transfer once you have completed your descent. Please note that the return trip departs at peak times from 2pm to 6pm.
- De-equipping and end of activity
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
You must know how to swim.
Children aged 7 - 11 can come with 2 adults in a canoe (extra fees to pay onsite).
