Climbing Experience on The O2 Arena in London

Please complete and sign this online liability waiver form before you come. Please allow 1.5 hours on site, including approximately 1 hour of activity.

• Meeting at the Up to The O2 Arena reception desk 15 minutes before the start of the activity
• Distribution of safety equipment (harnesses, karabiners, etc.)
• Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
• Departure for the roof climb with the guide
• Observation time from the roof platform
• Back to the reception
• Return of equipment and end of the activity

Minimum height: 120 cm

Maximum weight: 286 lbs (130 kg)

Maximum waist: 125 cm / Maximum thigh: 75 cm

All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have any major health problems (cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, fracture or sprain injuries, etc.), please inform us before booking.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

You will be asked to complete and sign a liability waiver form before the start of the activity.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people.

This activity is open to disabled people depending on the type of disability: please specify your situation once you have made your booking request.

You may only take your mobile phone with you on the roof: all other personal items must be stored in the lockers available before the ascent.

Tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Deferrals are accepted, but additional charges may apply:

- postponement requests made up to 48 hours before the time of departure will be subject to a postponement fee of £5 per ticket;

- postponement requests made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the time of departure will be subject to a postponement charge of £10 per ticket;

- postponement requests made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the time of lift-off will be subject to a postponement charge of £10 per ticket;

- there will be no postponements or refunds for any requests for postponements made less than 24 hours before the time indicated for the ascent, nor for late arrivals or missed ascents.
