Would you like to discover canyoning in Slovenia ? The Sušec canyon offers one of the easiest and most enjoyable canyoning trip near Bovec!
- Jump to the natural pools from 3-8 m heights (9.8 feet to 26.2 feet).
- Bigger jumps are optional.
- Slides between 2-12 m high (6.5 feet to 39.3 feet).
Course of events
Please allow for 3hrs in total for this activity, including around 1.5hrs in the Sušec Gorge.
- Meeting at the base
- Registration
- Equipment distribution: neoprene suit, shoes, life jacket, harness, helmets (30 minutes)
- Bus transfer to the canyon (10 minutes)
- Approach walk - uphill (20-30 minutes)
- Safety briefing
- Canyoning in the Sušec Gorge
- Finish at the parking lot
- Transfer back to base (10 minutes)
- Changing back, handing over the equipment
Activity requirements
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
Special terms
There is no abseiling in the canyon but a harness will be provided to every participant just in case (you can attach them at certain areas with a cliff). It will also be used at the last slide to slow down a bit.
Minors can participate without parents.
A foodtruck is available before and after the activity.
You can also charge your electric car at the base.
