A sporting route on another side of the Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert massif, which combines hiking and vertical exploration of a very beautiful cave.
Course of events
- Meeting with your instructor on the car park of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
- Explanation of the activity, safety instructions and equipment.
- Crapahute with a succession of jumps requiring the use of hands.
- Arrival at the cave: explanation, reminder of the instructions and equipment for this second activity.
- Abseiling down the Aven, walking in the cave, Via corda to go back up.
- Running in a large scree to get back to the starting point.
Activity requirements
Participants must be in good physical condition.
