Course of events
- Meet at the Concept Sport Emotion centre
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Equipping of participants (life jackets, distribution of equipment)
- Departure for a 2h to 2h30 kayak trip on the Touques between Trouville-sur-Mer and Deauville

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
