- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- This activity could be canceled or postponed due to weather conditions
- There is a maximum of 6 passengers per Jeep
- This tour operates with 4 or more participants. In the event that there are not enough passengers, you will be offered an alternative option/date
- The snorkeling equipment is provided free of charge; a deposit will be required and refunded after returning the equipment
- The Captain always has the right to alter or cancel the sailing trip if the lives of passengers are endangered
