Via Cordata of Main Morte in the Verdon Gorge

- Meeting with the instructors in La Palud-sur-Verdon

- 15 minutes approach walk

- Equipment and safety briefing

- Start of the course with the descent of the dry canyon (mini zip lines and abseils from 7 to 30 meters high)

- Continuation of the course with the via cordata course of Main Morte

- End of the course, de-equipping and debriefing

People suffering from vertigo are not advised to participate in this activity.

A minimum number of 4 participants is required for this activity to take place.
