Practical information
Try your hand at canyoning in the Pyrénées-Orientales with Pyrénées Roussillon Aventures instructors on hand to guide you all the way.
Course of events
- Meeting with the instructor at the indicated meeting point
- Participants' equipment and briefing on the activity and safety instructions for the descent
- Approach walk to the start of the canyon
- Start of the descent of the Molitg canyon with jumps, abseils and swimming
- Walk back to the starting point
- De-equipping and end of the activity

It is necessary to be in good physical condition and know how to swim for this activity.
